Is The Son Of God Praying In Me, Or Am I Dictating To Him?... Prayer Is Not Simply Getting Things From God, That Is A Most Initial Form Of Prayer; Prayer Is Getting Into Perfect Communion With God. If The Son Of God Is Formed In Us By Regeneration, He Will Press Forward In Front Of Our Common Sense And Change Our Attitude To The Things About Which We Pray.

Faith, As The Bible Teaches It, Is Faith In God Coming Against Everything That Contradicts Him- A Faith That Says, “i Will Remain True To God’s Character Whatever He May Do.” The Highest And The Greatest Expression Of Faith In The Whole Bible Is- “though He Slay Me, Yet Will I Trust Him” (job 13:15).

Am I Becoming More And More In Love With God As A Holy God, Or With The Conception Of An Amiable Being Who Says, “oh Well, Sin Doesn’t Matter Much”?

Very Few Of Us Know Anything About Loyalty To Christ -- For My Sake. It Is That Which Makes The Iron Saint.

We Say, Sorrow, Disaster, Calamity. God Says, Chastening And It Sounds Sweet To Him Though It Is A Discord To Our Ears. Don't Faint When You Are Rebuked, And Don't Despise The Chastening Of The Lord. In Your Patience Possess Your Souls.
